Referral Incentive

You are eligible for this incentive once Creating Connections hires you. However you must be actively servicing when your referral starts to service to receive this incentive.

How it works: For every person you refer to Creating Connections that certifies with a client and starts servicing. You will then receive $250 on your paycheck.

Servicing requirements for the referral: if your referral is working 40 hours plus a week with a minimum CA of 90% you will receive your incentive in 60 days of them certifying. If your referral is working 30-39 hours a week you will receive your referral incentive 90 days after they have certified.

Top Performer

Every month we will select one person who is recognized by their client for working the most hours and having good scores. We will award you with a $100 incentive.

One Year Appreciation Incentive

This is something that is unheard of as a 1099 position. We want to say thank you and reward your hard work. So after you have been with Creating Connections for 1 year, you will receive this Incentive at the pay rate you are paid. For example: if your contract is $10 an hour you would be paid $300. How that’s calculated is $10X30 hour minimum= $300.

Certification Incentive

Certification incentive will be paid at $8.00 per hour (max 4hrs/day) during Phase I, once you successfully certify your client and service 60 hours on a single invoice.

You will receive your Certification Incentive in two payments that correspond with invoice dates. 1st-15 and the16th-EOM.

When you begin Phase II you will receive your clients base pay rate as long as you are servicing. (Most clients allow you to service outside of training during Phase II so you can earn additional revenue).

Qualification Requirements (No Exceptions)

**Certification Incentive will be paid one time only with your first Client.

**Must maintain 100% attendance

**Must maintain 100% completion of all modules at all times that they are reported.

**If you are terminated for any reason by the client or your IBO before this certification is paid, this Incentive will be forfeited.
